1. Booking Confirmation
● A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
● Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been received.
● The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
● Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
● If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate.
● Rescheduling must be requested at least 14 days before your original event date.
● Only one free reschedule is permitted. Additional reschedules may incur a £10 admin fee.
3. Final Numbers and Allergies
● Final numbers of participants must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.
● Any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements must be disclosed at least 48 hours before the party.
● We cannot be held responsible for any undisclosed conditions or allergies.
4. Parental Supervision
● Sparkle and Splash is not a childcare service. An appropriate adult must remain on-site at all times to supervise children.
5. Travel
● We are based in Telford.
● Travel to locations outside Telford is charged at the standard rate of 45p per mile (round trip).
6. Liability
● All treatments use child-friendly, hypoallergenic products; however, reactions are still possible.
● Sparkle and Splash cannot accept liability for any injury, allergic reaction, or property damage during or after the event.
● It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the event space is safe and suitable for activities.
7. Photography and Marketing
● With parental permission, we may take photographs/videos during the party for marketing purposes (social media, website).
● If parents/guardians do not consent to this, no images of their child will be used.
